The LOAT features a selection of trails and routes for exploring Louisiana, connecting all five sections of the Kisatchie National Forest ranger districts via rural roads, including dirt, gravel, and improved blacktop. We focus on avoiding highways for a better adventure experience. Each section includes waypoints for points of interest as well as options for fuel, food, camping, and lodging, helping you plan your adventure.
