The Louisiana Overland Adventure Trail (LOAT) is an independent, community-driven project meant to be used for recreational purposes only and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the State of Louisiana or any government entity unless expressly stated.

By accessing and downloading GPS files, maps, or related materials from the Louisiana Overland Adventure Trail (LOAT), I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a potentially hazardous activity. I understand that this release of liability and assumption of risk is legally binding and that I am giving up certain legal rights.
